818583 Gunner John Edward Hardisty of the 25th Field Regiment died on the 20th June 1942. He was 33 years old, the son of of Amos Harry and Mary Hardisty of Middlesbrough, Yorkshire. He is buried in the Knightsbridge War Cemetery in Acroma, Libya.
