70733 Captain Leicester Little of the Royal Artillery, died on the 19th June 1944. At the time of his death, aged 29, he was attached to 662 A.O.P. Squadron, Royal Air Force. He was the son of Arthur and Mary Jane Little and the husband of Verna Elizabeth Little of Sunderland, County Durham. He is buried in Bayeux War Cemetery in France.
