5628855 Pte Charles E F Lemoignan, Hants Regt

According to the UK Army Roll of Honour, 5628855 Private Charles E F Lemoignan of the Hampshire Regiment, died on the 4th September 1944. He was born in Jersey and was still living there when he enlisted. I have been unable to locate him on the Commonwealth War Graves Commission's website.

At the going down of the sun, and in the morning, WE WILL REMEMBER THEM.

5774113 Pte Cecil Frank Hall, 5th Bn, Royal Norfolk Regt

5774113 Private Cecil Frank Hall of the 5th Battalion, Royal Norfolk Regiment died on the 11th March 1944. He was a Norfolk-born man but was living in south-east London at the time of his enlistment.

Cecil Hall is buried in Yokohma War Cemetery in Japan. He was 22 years old when he died.

7674422 Pte Albert Edgar Luesby, Royal Army Pay Corps

7674422 Private Albert Edgar Luesby of the Royal Army Pay Corps died on the 19th November 1940. He was 24 years old, the son of Thomas and Harriet Luesby of Lincoln, and the husband of Edith Luesby of Lincoln. He died in the UK and is buried at Lincoln (Newport) cemetery.
