109567 Second Lieutenant Robert Coulson Meikle of the 1st Battalion, Durham Light Infantry, died on the 16th May 1941. He was 24 years old, a chartered accountant by profession, and the son of Archie Miller Meikle and Emily Meikle of Monkseaton, Northumberland. He is buried in the Halfaya Sollum War Cemetery in Egypt.

He was 25 years old, the son of Christopher James Riley and Barbara Ann Riley of Thetford, Norfolk. Christopher was born in east London and was living there when he enlisted. He is buried in the Halfaya Sollum War Cemetery in Egypt.
