4928776 Pte Alfred T Malin, 1st Bn, Lincs Regt

4928776 Private Alfred Thomas Malin of the 1st Battalion, Lincolnshire Regiment, doied on the 4th May 1944. He was 21 years old, the husband of Beatrice M Malin of Weoley Castle, Birmingham. He has no known grave and is one of nearly 27,000 men commemorated on the Rangoon Memorial in Myanmar.

14546218 Private Harry John Jarvis of the 2nd Battalion, West Yorks Regiment, died on the 22nd April 1944. He was the son of Harry and Kate Janis, of Settrington, Yorkshire, and was 20 years old when he died. He hs no known grave and is commemorated on the Rangoon Memorial.

4615837 Private Joel Enion of the 2nd Battalion, West Riding Regiment, died on the 30th March 1942. He was born in Cheshire and living in Lancashire when he enlisted. He was 23 years old when he died, and is commemorated on the Rangoon Memorial in Myanmar.

210875 Lieutenant Oliver Frederick Oswald Womack of the 2nd Field Company, Royal Engineers, died on the 6th March 1944 in Burma. Oliver, born in Ceylon, was 21 years old and the son of Oswald Cedric and Agnes Christian Womack of Rose Bay, Sydney, Australia. He has no known grave and is commemorated on the Rangoon Memorial in Burma.

269264 2nd Lt William Megaw, Somerset Light Infantry

269264 Second Lieutenant William Laurence Megaw of the Somerset Light Infantry had been seconded to the 1st Battalion Royal Inniskilling Fusiliers when he died on the 18th February 1943. He was 19 years old and the son of the Reverend William Rutledge Megaw and Mabel Megaw of Belfast, Northern Ireland.

William Megaw has no known grave and is commemrorated on the Rangoon Memorial in Myanmar.

88019 Lt Guy Greenhous, Shropshire Lt Infantry

88019 Lieutenant Guy William Normnan Greenhous of the King's Shropshire Light Infantry, died on the 28th January 1944. At the time of his death he was 23 years old and attached to the 1st Battalion, Sierra Leone Regiment. He was the son of Arthur Vincent and Jessie Forest Greenhous, of Shoot Hill, Shropshire.

Lieutenant Greenhous has no known grave and is commemorated on the Rangoon Memorial in Myanmar (formerly, Burma).
