4928776 Private Alfred Thomas Malin of the 1st Battalion, Lincolnshire Regiment, doied on the 4th May 1944. He was 21 years old, the husband of Beatrice M Malin of Weoley Castle, Birmingham. He has no known grave and is one of nearly 27,000 men commemorated on the Rangoon Memorial in Myanmar.
At the going down of the sun, and in the morning, WE WILL REMEMBER THEM.
