14321644 Gunner John Heptonstall of 31 Field Regiment, Royal Artillery died on the 28th February 1944. He was the son of John and Helena Heptonstall of Mill Hill, Blackburn, Lancashire.

John Heptonstall was 19 years old when he died. He is buried in the Casino War Cemetery in Italy.
