1613795 Gnr Leslie Hornett, RA

1613795 Gunner Leslie Hornett of the Royal Artillery died on the 22nd August 1943. He was born in Sussex but living in London when he enlisted. At the time of his death he was serving with 40 Battery, 14th Light Anti-Aircraft Regiment. He was 26 years old, the son of William Edward and Ada Homett and the husband of Margaretha Hornett of South Norwood, Surrey. He is buried in Tripoli War Cemetery.

4453331 Private Cecil J Larter MM, of the 2nd Battalion, Durham Light Infantry, died on the 20th May 1943. He was 20 years old, the son of Mrs A M Male of Hinckley, Leicestershire. Cecil Larter was born in Norwich and living in Leicester when he enlisted. He is buried in the Tripoli War Cemetery in Libya.

1778545 Gunner Ernest Park of the Royal Artillery, died on the 7th March 1943. He was 22 years old and was serving with 171 Battery, 57th Light Anti-Aircraft Regiment when he died. He was the son of Arthur and Kate Park of Briantspuddle, Dorchester in Dorset and he is buried in Tripoli War Cemetery in Libya.

65080 Major Ronald Anderson Gerrard DSO of 7 Field Squadron, Royal Engineers, died on the 22nd January 1943, in Italy. He was born in Hong Kong but living in Bath, Somerset at the time of his enlistment. He was 31 years old, the son of William George and Elizabeth Ann Gerrard, and the husband of Gertrude Molly Justice Gerrard, of Bath. Major Gerrard is buried in the Tripoli War Cemetery.

124688 Captain Charles Anthony Malcolm Grover of the 3rd Regiment, Royal Horse Artillery, died in Libya on the 2nd January 1943. He was 24 years old and the son of Ehret Ernest and Frieda Grover of Hexham, Northumberland. Captain Grover is buried in the war cemetery at Tripoli.
