S/58167 Private Reginald Tyas of the Royal Army Service Corps was 31 years old when he died on the 24th February 1941. Reginald - or probably "Reg" to those who knew him - was born in Middlesex but living in Sheffield when he enlisted. He was the son of William and Alice Tyas, of Sheffield and he is buried in the City of Westminster (Paddington) Cemetery in Mill Hill, London.
At the going down of the sun, and in the morning, WE WILL REMEMBER THEM.
