Bootle-born, 1899946 Driver John Rymer of 68 Chemical Warfare Company, Royal Engineers died on the 1st February 1942. He was 38 years old; the son of John and Hannah Emily Rymer, and the husband of Bessie Rymer of High Park, Stockport. John Rymer died in England and is buried in St Cuthbert's churchyard in Southport.
