T/2205875 CQMS Frank Axon, RASC

T/2205875 Company Quarter Master Sergeant Frank Axon of the Royal Army Service Corps died in England on the 19th February 1945. He was born in south East London but living in Minehead when he joined the army. At the time of his death he was 43 years old and was, according to the Commonwealth War Graves Commission, the son of William Henry and Louisa Axon, and the husband of Catherine Agnes Axon, of Kentish Town, London.

Frank Axon is buried in the Roman Catholic section of Minehead Cemetery in Somerset.

At the going down of the sun, and in the morning, WE WILL REMEMBER THEM.
