2819738 Corporal James Alexander Jappy of the 7th Battalion, Seaforth Highlanders, died on the 12th February 1945. He was 24 years old and the son of James and Jamesina Jappy of Woodside, Aberdeen.
James Jappy was born in Banffshire and living in Moray when he enlisted. He is buried in the Reichswald Forest War Cemetery in Germany.
At the going down of the sun, and in the morning, WE WILL REMEMBER THEM.
