2695025 Dmr Roland F Dunn, 2nd Bn, Scots Guards
2695025 Drummer Roland Frederick Dunn of the 2nd Battalion, Scots Guards died on the 22nd April 1941. He was the son of Frederick Hunter Dunn and Ada Lucy Dunn (nee Feild) of Walworth, London and is commemorated on the Alamein Memorial in Egypt. Roland's birth was registered in Wandsworth, south London, in the June quarter of 1920 and he was therefore just short of his 21st birthday when he died.
At the going down of the sun, and in the morning, WE WILL REMEMBER THEM.
